Monte was born on the East Coast, the youngest of seven children. She was raised by wonderful parents who instilled love in their household — and the love of God in everything they did.
She has had three near-death experiences in her life. The last one changed and shifted everything — to the point that she will never be the same.
Fallen and found by grace
She is blessed to have fallen — and by God's grace and mercy, His love picked her up, laid her on the foundation, and covered her in the redemption of His love.
Her work is not performance — it is witness. Every word she speaks is one she has first lived, wept over, and brought to the altar.
Monte would like to thank Jesus Christ for keeping her through this journey. She prays that this poetic ministry of songs ministers to the brokenhearted — giving hope, encouragement, and touching the souls of women and men to be free in Christ.
She prays that the words of these songs give clarity, healing, and be a blessing. You may even see yourself in them — from brokenness to transparency to truth.
